Double Chocolate Cake

This cake is perfect for birthdays or Christmas or any other celebrations. The recipe is from Estonian cooking book called "kohviraamat". The cake is meant for ten people and is really delicous. I made it for Christmas and everyone loved it. In order to see how I made this cake, please watch my video below.



Here are the ingredients:


The crumble base:

150 g of crushed hazelnuts

2,5 dl of flour

0,5 tsp of salt

1 dl of farin sugar

75 g of butter


The filling:

1 dl of potato or corn stash

1 dl of espresso or very strong coffee

2 dl of milk

1 tsp of vanilla sugar

4 eggs

200 g of dark chocolate

200 g of white chocolate

1 dl of sugar
