The Snowball Soup

This is a very classical dessert. However, you cannot order it anymore at any cafes or restaurants. This is because the dessert contains fresh eggs which are not cooked at high temperature.


This dessert is perfect for winter. It's not too hard to make and it doesn't need many ingredients. It looks like snowballs are bulging in the dessert. This is my Grandmother's recipe and I made this dessert this time with her. To see how easy the whole process is, please watch the video below.



Ingredients:

1,5 l of milk

6 eggs

175g of sugar

1 tbsp of vanilla sugar

1 tbsp of potato starch
